Sales/Contact Management

The eRSP™ Contact Management features enables you to management new client prospects, referral sources and new employee recruiting processes. A critical component to any business is managing the new sales pipeline. To assist in these processes, eRSP™ to key features; Referrer Management and Prospect Management.

Referrer Management

The Referrer feature provides tools to identify referrer source contacts and track the on-going sales interaction with each entity. In eRSP™, a referral source is a person or a business that is referring potential clients (prospects). The Referrer Management feature provides you with the following capabilities:

  • Maintain detailed profile and contact information per Referrer/Source
  • Categorize your referrers for reporting using Class and Tag features
  • Assign a Referrer/Source to a Sales Representative
  • Associate Prospects and Active Clients to a Referrer/Source for reporting purposes
  • Create Tasks and Reminders per Referrer/Source. Tasks can be assigned to your Sales Reps for weekly itinerary tracking
  • Set Task Goals per Sales Rep and track perform activity against those goals
  • Maintain call interaction history per Referrer/Source
  • Save document attachments per Referrer/Source
  • Track performance through multiple metrics reports.

Prospect Management

The eRSP™ Prospect Management feature allows you to easily capture new contact information and manage the call follow up sales cycle. Very similar to the Referrer Management feature, the Prospect Management feature provides you with the following capabilities:

  • Maintain detailed profile and contact information per Prospect
  • Maintain site and service assessments per prospect
  • Categorize your prospects for reporting using Class and Tag features
  • Assign your prospects to a Sales Representative
  • Create Tasks and Reminders per Prospect. Tasks can be assigned to your Sales Reps for weekly itinerary tracking
  • Maintain call interaction history per Prospect
  • Automatically convert a Prospect to an Active Client
  • Track prospect declines
  • Track performance through multiple metrics reports.

Applicant Management

The eRSP™ Applicant Management feature makes it very easy to manage your prospective employee recruiting process. With Applicant Management, you can collect and store application information, track interview and follow up schedules, complete credential check lists and seamlessly convert an applicant into an eRSP™ active employee.
